iTs NoT jUsT yOuR rSuMe. ItS yOuR pErSoNaLiTy.

a personality test is given by a company named Acxion. this test has 298 questions. this helps the company to find the right person for a job. this personality test is spreading to other industries, finance, technology, health care and opertions. if a person psychs out on this test or in this case lie on it, they end up landing a job that they don't understand and a boss they don't get. in all it makes them miserable. this also leads to job failures. a company assesses a person's test and they sometimes don't find the right person for the job. So Don't lie to get something that might not be for you!!!!

the new blackbeards

THESE PIRATES RANSOM CAPTIVES OF YACHTS AND ANY CARGOES THAT FLOAT BETWEEN AFRICA AND THE MIDDLE SEA. pirates off the coast of somalia have collected more than 30 million dollars in ransom from the shipping companies whose cargo they have attacked. THEY RISK THEIR LIVES BUT GROW WEALTHY AND THE PEOPLE ALSO BENEFIT FROM IT. the pirates spend their money at home it spreads through the economy. SOMALIA IS A POOR COUNTRY WITH A BARELY FICTIONING GOVERNMENT, THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON MAKE ABOUT 600 DOLLARS A YEAR. "they are so desparate that they have nothing to lose, and they are prepared to risk their lives for daily luxuries most of us take for granted." FOR THIS THE U.S. MILITARY HAVE SENT WARSHIPS TO TRY TO PROTECT THE CARGO SHIPS NEAR SOMALIA. this also has little effect on the pirates. THEY USUALLY FREE THE HOSTAGES AFTER BEING PAID. one went wrong that an elite team from the freanch navy swam to the boat and overpowered the hijackers. ALL THE PIRACY WON'T END UNTIL SOMALIA HAS A STABLE GOVERNMENT AND OFFERS A BETTER ALTERNATIVE TO PIRACY: STRONG ECONOMY THAT CAN SUPPORT ITS PEOPLE.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!

everyone in the world have a little trouble when it comes to leaving the classroom and moving up to a career. MONEY IS ONE TO THE FACTORS THAT GETS EVERYBODY THINKING. this isn't the main factor though, i is an important factor everyone looks for. "HOW MUCH IS THIS JOB PAYING?" "will this job help to please my parents in my career choice?" THERE ARE MANY STUDENTS WHO ARE AT A CROSSROAD THAT WILL HAVE AN AFFECT IN THERE FUTURE. there are 5 steps that help when it comes to this time in life when a person i undecided about career choices.
1. SAYING "I CAN'T". this is one of the biggest mistakes any student can make is assuming that a prospective career path is beyond reach. IF THE AREA PEOPLE HAVE AN INTEREST IN AND HAVE NO EXPERIENCE, THERE IS TIME TO CHANGE THE SITUATION.
2. gettin dollar signs in your eyes. THIS ONE IS CONCERN TO ALOT OF CAREER GOERS. they would question on how much an occupation pays. THIS ONE NOT BE FOOLED BY. when you choose a career, it would likely to be something you have an interest in and have fun doing it. IF THE MONEY IS GOOD, BUT THE JOB IS HARD THEN IT ISN'T WORTH DOING IT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT OR HAVE NO INTEREST IN IT. some are able to find a job that pays very well or to a wage that they are looking for and in the end that job is a complete opposite of what they wish. THEY LEARN FROM IT, HELPS THEM THAT THE JOB IS NOT FOR THEM AND GO INTO A VERY ENJOYABLE CAREER THAT DOESN'T PAY TO WHAT THEY EXPECTED.
3. doing what your parents expect- of what you think they expect. THIS IS MORE COMPLICATED THING TO DO. go into a major that the parents wish of you. THIS ALLOWS THEM TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE. you don't have to go into somethig that they want you to. WHEN YOU DO, YOU GO INTO A MAJOR THAT WILL BE HARD AND NOT VERY INTERESTING. if you go into a major that you choose then it will make you happy, maybe for your parents it is something not to their taste. IT WILL MAKE YOUR PARENTS MAD, BUT LATER THEY SLOWLY WARM UP TO IT. if it make you happy, then slowly you will get the support that you would like from your parents. IT'S NOT A BAD THING TO DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO.
4. assuming a job won't be useful in building experience. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT YOU SHOULD NOT IGNORE. opportunities are great in life, whether is seems useless they could help you in the future. A JOB OPPORTUNITY IS FLOATING AROUND, BUT YOU ARE NOT SURE THAT YOU WILL BE A GOOD CANDIDATE OR IT IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. don't assume the worst because it is something that you think you might be doing for the rest of your life. NEVER ASSUME MUCH ABOUT IT, IT WILL BENEFIT YOU AND HELP YOU GET AN INSIGHT OF WHAT A CAREER WORLD IS ABOUT. even just volunteering jobs and intership is also a way to get these skills. IT HELPS ALOT.
5. going it alone. TEACHERS, FAMILY, COACHES, NEIGHBORS, AND SUPERVISORS FROM A PART-TIME JOB ARE MENTORS THAT CAN HELP PROVIDE CAREER GUIDENCE. don't lose out on this. THESE PEOPLE HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS WORLD, THAT THEIR ADVICE CAN HELP YOU. they can help with how the working field is like and they can offer tips on how to go about getting a job and stuff like that.
THESE STEPS ARE A GREAT WAY TO LEARN ABOUT HOW SOME STUDENTS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN CAREER COMES IN MIND. never to worry that these steps have some very helpful tips and advice.

you are not the boss of me!

their are many ways to start a business. as a young person who wants to start a business could be difficult, because we don't know how to start. for three teens it is amazing to see them run and expand their business is great! in 1987, National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) helped four hundred students with their business. now, NFTE helps thousands of students and young people with starting a business. starting your own business, you first need to start off with something you like to do, or a hobby. then, figure out how to turn it into a business or how you could sell it. jasmine lawrence, 16,started with the NFTE program, she is the owner of EDEN bodyworks, a line of hair care and skin care products that are made from natural ingredients. for phoenix bess, 14, sells knitted items that she designs. kamarin lee, 17, started his business at the age of 14. his business is designing web sites. he started by teaching himself, and started with the program. this is something i would like to do, become my own boss, and have a business. it would be just great! this is something i would consider for students who would like to become a boss of their own company.

a freelance life

freelancers are people who work at home than in an office building. working at home has more responsibilities, because they are working for varies of companies as a technical editor. freelancers don't get paid twice a month, they are paid for every assignment they do. joshua fruhlinger has steps to becoming a freelancers. first you have to be in the right line of work. you can't just jump into your pajamas. potential clients look for evidence of your skills and experiences and to prove yourself. this means you need to have a regular job for starters. fruhlinger started off with a typical job, working at a publishing company. later, he managed to get clients by responding to want ads. "the most important thing is to know people in your industry who might need freelance help and who think highly of your talents," says fruhlinger. you also have to be forward about asking people to send freelance stuff in your direction. for the basic keys to freelancing happiness: be a good money manager, be a good self-motivator, be aware of the details. anyways this is about it. i can see myself sitting in my pajamas working without leaving home. i to would like a job in freelancing.

how to open for business

there are many ways to open for business. you could guess and fail, or you can go with the right way. state your business, figure out the type of business you would like to own. come up with a plan: details about your business, potential customers, competitors, and financing. incorporate or don't: register your company's name with the secretary of state in the state where you base your business. you will need to choose a business structure, which will affect how much you pay in taxes every year. three basic structures: corporation, partnership, and limited liability company. the crucial step is find funding: you can use your own money, traditional bank loan, friends and family, applying for grants, and angel investors. angels invest significant amount of money in start-up businesses, in exchange for a piece of the business and a role in its development. lastly, run with it. getting a business off the ground is the hardest step. promote and sell your goods or services, choose the right people to help you manage, and put in how much time it will take to make your business a success. studies show that in 2006, half a million small businesses were closed.
