Are Animal Actors Safe At Work?

At the end of every movie there is a sentence that states, "No animals were harmed in the making of this motion picture." To know that the animals weren't harmed, the American Humane Association is the only organization that can credit this to a film. Tonya Obeso makes sure that the animals are not harmed on the sets of Hollywood films. Tonya spent two years studying animal behavior at Moorpark College's Exotic Animal Teaching Zoo program. Now she puts all this to use as a certified animal safety representative. She not only supervises the big and furry, but the hissing and crawling (cockroaches). With a job like this it must be very exciting! If I could travel and still do my job that involves with animals, this is most likely the position i would pick. For my community and others i would consider that if animals and creepy crawlers is what they would work around and travel to do this, then this is a job for them!!!
